On 11 July Nazani Tea joined a few other notable tea brands for a scrumptiously delicious tea pairing event at the Royal Lancaster in London hosted by National Tea Day.
The event was split into 5 segments, namely breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, with canape style dishes being paired with a whole variety of teas and tisanes. During the afternoon tea segment, we paired our exquisite and ultra-rare safflower tea with delicious chili and coriander marinaded prawns.
Nazani Tea also provided the following educational segment during one of the networking breaks in the demo area: Totally tisanes, taste tested exotic flavours to wow your guests with variety. Guests were offered the opportunity to sample some of our other wild and ultra-rare herbal tisanes, whilst learning about tisane variety, quality of current offerings and variety of form served (hot, iced, mocktails, cocktails and overnight-infused).
The day was attended by food and beverage managers from top hotels, cafes and restaurants from around the capital. Here are a few pictures of the scrumptious and informative event!
