Wild Agnus Castus

Product

Perfectly soothing for menstrual cycles and menopausal phases, our wild agnus castus berries have a distinct slightly peppery, fruity and earthy taste with a warming effect. They are handpicked 500m above sea level from the southern area of Meghri, one of the lowest areas in Armenia (near the border of Iran). Compared to standard agnus castus berries, our agnus castus is more pungent due to altitude, the fact it is wild grown and purer growing conditions.

  • Our wild mountain mint is hand-harvested from its native habitat in the Lori region of Armenia, by the residents of the village of Odzun, supervised by an ethnobotanist, taking into account the time of day and time of year to keep the aroma and active ingredients at their best. The grassy green leaves are dried in the shade under the ceramic roof of a natural drier to preserve the quality, essential oils and taste. The leaves are then milled slightly by hand to allow greater extraction of essential oils with every infusion.

I tried this to help me sleep better. What I discovered that two cups of this would completely alleviate my night sweats. Now I sleep like I did before my hormones decided to 'take over'... Most of the time I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep and of course the next day I was so tired. It has a bit of spicy taste, but now I am used to the taste and actually look forward to my cup of tea before bedtime.

I was looking for a natural way to maintain my PMS, and found this product on my social media. This tea definitely balanced my hormones, I'm drinking Agnus Castus every day during my luteal and menstrual phases for 3 months now.
