Any noted health benefits of our herbal infusions are from traditional medicine and should not be used to prevent or cure any disease. Consult a GP if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any other health concerns.
Aside from oats being stored near barley (which contains gluten), our herbal infusions are allergen-free, however, we cannot guarantee that our foragers and pickers have not come into any contact with any allergens whilst picking or processing.
Our chamomile is comb picked and dried by villagers using traditional methods during late spring. Warming and soothing, with a gentle floral sweetness, our chamomile flowers are lighter than standard chamomile due to the micro-climate of Naxos, altitude and purer growing conditions.
Our wild linden flowers are hand harvested 1,400m above sea level from their native habitat, the Motcor forest in the Lori region of Armenia.
Our award-winning organic lemon verbena is handpicked from the beautiful family gardens of Despina on the island of Naxos, Greece, when she is not busy creating beautiful needlework.
Our award-winning Kykeon™ (Modern), is a blend of our naturally grown roasted spring oats, and our award-winning mountain mint, which is foraged and handpicked 1,800m above sea level from its native habitat, the untouched Lalvar Mountain, Lori, Armenia.
Our award-winning organic olive leaves are handpicked from the beautiful olive groves of the Spanos family on the island of Naxos, Greece, normally in the days after Assumption Day (23 August onwards). The whole family comes together to collect and process pristine Koroneiki olive leaves, from trees which are 400-600 years old, drying them naturally under the Mediterranean sun.
